Do I need to create a separate account for ZFIT TV?
While a separate account is required for you to access our video platform. An account gets created as soon as you purchase a membership through ZFIT PRIME. All you need to do is sign in using your email address.
Why can't I access the videos even though I am signed into ZFIT PRIME?
Although you may be signed into ZFIT PRIME in order to access the videos you must be signed into ZFIT TV which you can find at the top right button that says sign in on this page or the sign in button above the FAQ under Already a ZFIT PRIME Member.
